Attorney Matthew Driggs founded the personal injury firm in 1991 and began practicing law in Salt Lake City, Utah. Seven years later, he partnered with Kenneth Bills. Steven Day joined the firm two years later, and the firm officially became known as Driggs, Bills and Day.
