Sebastien Jongbloets is a trial lawyer who values the opportunity his role affords him to intervene and provide support to individuals at pivotal and stressful moments in their lives.
In his previous role as a public defender, Sebastien has tried over a dozen cases to Oregon juries in addition to litigating countless motions and negotiating pre-trial resolutions. Sebastien understands what is at stake for his clients and strives to provide empathic and tenacious representation.
Despite carrying on his Dutch-immigrant last name, Sebastien actually grew up on his family’s farm in southern Louisiana, where he went from raising goats to obtaining a B.S. in Psychology and J.D. from Louisiana State University. Prior to visiting and falling in love with the Pacific Northwest, he briefly practiced civil litigation in Houston, Texas.
Outside of work, Sebastien enjoys playing guitar, weightlifting, hoarding houseplants, and travelling to spend time with family in Louisiana and the Netherlands.
