Overview and Experience
Destini is passionate about helping people navigate difficult circumstances, understand their rights, and feel supported throughout the legal process.
Destini’s legal career spans a range of experiences with a strong focus on client advocacy, disability rights, and personal injury law. She currently serves as an Evaluation Attorney at The Advocates, where she guides clients through the early stages of their personal injury claims and helps establish a strong foundation for their cases. In this role, Destini evaluates new cases, advises clients regarding the claims process, identifies legal and insurance issues, and helps ensure each case begins with careful attention and clear direction.
Before joining The Advocates, Destini served as a Staff Attorney at Disability Rights Oregon. There, she advocated for individuals with disabilities and worked to promote greater access, dignity, and inclusion. Her experience in disability rights strengthened her commitment to client-centered representation and reinforced her belief that effective advocacy begins with listening closely to the people most affected by legal and institutional systems.
Destini graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School and is admitted to practice law in Oregon.
Destini is particularly passionate about representing people who may feel overlooked, misunderstood, or intimidated by the legal system. She approaches her work with empathy, persistence, and a strong sense of justice, and she strives to ensure that every client feels heard, respected, and informed.
When not in the office, Destini enjoys adventures with her son and her Bullmatian, Nova—a half Dalmatian, half pit bull mix. She can often be found hiking, practicing yoga, paddleboarding, exploring Oregon’s rivers and forests, attending live music, writing, meditating, or planning her next outdoor adventure.
