Overview And Experience

Jamison McCune uses his skills as a trial attorney to help injured individuals in Oregon and Washington. Jamison joined The Advocates in 2022 because of the firm’s unwavering commitment to clients and to achieving the best outcomes for each case. He now maintains an active personal injury practice in both Oregon and Washington.

Jamison is a graduate of the University of Oregon and University of Oregon School of Law. After law school, he clerked for Judge Karsten Rasmussen of the Lane County Circuit Court. He then entered private practice at a civil litigation firm in Portland, where he specialized in auto accident, slip-and-fall, and wrongful death cases.

In his free time, Jamison enjoys golfing with his wife Lauren, reading sports nonfiction, and running. He is the proud father of two young boys and the family’s dog, a German Shorthaired Pointer.
