Why we're in Los Angeles
Doni grew up in Los Angeles. She left for the Pacific Northwest, and over more than a decade helped build The Advocates from the inside.
Not as an attorney, but as the person who set the standard. For how clients are treated. For who the firm hires. For what "doing right by people" actually has to look like, day after day, case after case. As Chief Operating Officer, holding that standard is her job.
